These terms and conditions outline the conditions for the booking and use of our property.

Payment of reservation confirms that you have read and agree to our Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy. It also confirms that you have read and agreed to our House Rules, Accommodation Type and Listing Details. If you have any questions, make an inquiry prior to booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in, will receive a full refund (less 5% credit card service fee).
  • Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before check-in, will receive a 50% refund (less 5% credit card service fee).
  • Cancellations within 29 days of check-in will be refunded the cleaning fee only (less 5% credit card service fee).
  • Travelers who do not cancel and do not use their reservation will not be refunded at all.
  • We do not make exceptions to our policies as advertised Our CANCELLATION policy is firm so please review and plan accordingly.

House Rules

  • CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES & CANCELLATION policy are firm, please consider this when planning your trip & plan accordingly.
  • MAX OCCUPANCY: All guest must be counted towards the total # of guest, regardless of age. We do not make any exceptions to our maximum stated occupancy on each listing. We cannot make any exception to our advertised occupancy.
  • DOGS: $25/reservation for up to 2 dogs. Add the pet fee, listed under "Extras" when finalizing your booking.
  • Dogs must be kenneled if left alone for extended periods.

Payment terms:

Total reservation amount due at time of booking 

Damage deposit:

  • A $500 damage deposit is pre-authorized only (not withdrawn) the day before check-in & released on the day of check-out.
